The answer is Baindai Namco. The publisher said "The game is so successfull we won't need to lower the standart price for it, just put it on the regular sale". At least with the Steam site. Amazon thinks: Aw, shit man, we got a whole Stack of this game and can't get rid of it. We bought it for 10$ each (mass-discount and stuff). So let's lower the standart price so we will actually sell it. And 2 more things: You are comparing the Price of PS4 game and PC which you shouldn't 2nd. It's probably your region which leads it to be still so expensive. Here in germany i can buy it for the standart Price of 85€ which is the normal price for game + seasion pass.
