Russia said the cereal agreement did not hinder the campaign in Ukraine

 

The Russian Foreign Minister said the cereal agreement signed with Kiev with no provision forcing the Moscow to stop the military campaign and raid the Ukrainian army target.

If it comes to the incident in Odessa, it is clear that the agreement signed in Istanbul has no terms that prohibit us from continuing special military campaigns, destroying military infrastructure and works for service.
